No fewer than 350 Nigerians comprising of men and women were deported from Bangui, the capital of Central African Republic (CAR), they arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), Abuja at about 8.45 PM through Arik Airlines.
More so, the overwhelming deportees created some problems at the airport because of flocks of holiday makers who were returning in droves to the Federal Capital Territory after the Yuletide season. Attempt made by journalist to speak with officials of Arik airlines failed as the entire arrival hall was filled with passengers.
A source who pleads anonymity, an official of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria. (FAAN) blamed the late arrival of the airline on the pandemonium created at the airport.
