Following the declaration and issuance of certificate of return to the Anambra State Governor-elect, Chief Willie Obiano by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) , the All Progressives Congress (APC) in a statement said that the APGA candidate, Obiano is not the Governor-elect of the state(which is usually the case,after every election in Nigeria) but was rather standing on the legitimate right of the people.
APC still insists that there was no election in Anambra State which it said is the resultant effect of the low turn out of those celebrating in the state.
An election was conducted,though it was not fair but we have a winner,in my opinion I suggest that other contestants/runner ups should at least support the winner as he pilots the affairs of the state....its high time we start looking beyond a political party/candidate and concentrate on the general well-being of the people.#mytake
