Latest report reaching us reveals that the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC) has finally released supplementary election polling units which has been scheduled for November 30th, 2013.
The supplementary election is to hold at Polling Units where the election was cancelled due to irregularities, INEC insisted against all threats by the governorship candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (Tony Nwoye); Labour Party (Ifeanyi Ubah) and the All Progressive Congress (Chris Ngige) that they would not participate in the supplementary election.
